Ōtautahi pop-bop songwriter and 2019 Silver Scroll shortlister Mousey (Serena Close) has crept up out of nowhere with three stunner singles all in a row, and a debut album Lemon Law in the works – and now her very first New Zealand tour.

The list of shows is a doozy too, with nine local dates, three in Australia, and a six-piece band in tow. The first three Lemon Law singles have almost felt like Close proving her chops, each one tackling and nailing a different vibe, from the upbeat twee-pop of ‘Extreme Highs’ to the bubbling anger in ‘If You Really Loved Me’.
