WELCOME TO THE BLUE SMOKE SERIES..
The festival goes out on a great note with Axolotl taking you on a delightful adventure performing world jazz from South America to Eastern Europe with some stops in between. After, they’ll invite musicians from the festival line-up (and others) to join them on stage throughout the evening to participate in the jazz jam.

The Cavell Leitch New Zealand International Jazz & Blues Festival is the largest combined jazz and blues event in the country. Staged in Christchurch, the festival is an annual event, which celebrates its twenty fourth year in 2019.
